Apartment 6 is a larger-than-average, light, and airy studio on the top floor featuring a cathedral ceiling and large windows with beautiful countryside and some sea views. Equipped with air-conditioning, heating, and high-speed gigabyte internet, the suite is accessible via one flight of stairs. This open-concept, sunlit space features a combined living and sleeping area with a kitchen and dining table. The sofa can be made into a double sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional guests, with a flexible room divider available for added privacy.

Special Winter Information:
  • Heating: All of our holiday apartments are heated with new, energy-efficient Mitsubishi reversible air-conditioning systems. To keep you cozy at night, the beds are made with Nordic down duvets.
  • Electricity Charges: Each apartment has an electricity meter to measure your usage. You will be billed by The Lemon Tree Villa based on daily variable pricing for electricity, payable weekly.
  • Cleaning Services: Every two weeks, your apartment can be thoroughly cleaned for a fee of €25, which includes fresh bed linens. Towels and kitchen linens are changed weekly.
  • Onsite Assistance: We live on the property and are always available to offer tips or assist in case of an emergency.
