- Electricity Charges: Each apartment has an electricity meter to measure your usage. You will be billed by The Lemon Tree Villa based on daily variable pricing for electricity, payable weekly.
- Cleaning Services: Every two weeks, your apartment can be thoroughly cleaned for a fee of €25, which includes fresh bed linens. Towels and kitchen linens are changed weekly.
- Onsite Assistance: We live on the property and are always available to offer tips or assist in case of an emergency.
